These Terms for adding your First Century Bank card to a Digital Wallet (the “Terms”) apply when you choose to add a First Century Bank debit card (First Century Bank card) to a Digital Wallet (“Wallet”) and form part of a legally binding agreement between you and First Century Bank that also includes First Century Bank’s Online Banking Agreement, Electronic Fund Transfers – Your Rights and Responsibilities, Terms and Conditions of Your Deposit Account, Mobile Banking Terms and conditions, and all related disclosures and agreements. In these Terms, “you” and “your” refer to the cardholder of the First Century Bank card, and “we”, “us”, “our”, and “First Century Bank” refer to the issuer of your First Century Bank card, which is First Century Bank. When you add a First Century Bank card to the Wallet, you agree to these Terms.
1. Adding your First Century Bank Card
You can add an eligible First Century Bank card to the Wallet by following the instructions of the Wallet provider. Only First Century Bank cards that we indicate are eligible can be added to the Wallet. If your First Century Bank card or underlying account is not in good standing, that First Century Bank card will not be eligible to enroll in the Wallet. When you add a First Century Bank card to the Wallet, the Wallet allows you to use the First Century Bank card to enter into transactions where the Wallet is accepted. The Wallet may not be accepted at all places where your First Century Bank card is accepted.

The First Century Bank terms, conditions, and account agreements that govern your First Century Bank card do not change when you add your First Century Bank card to the Wallet. However, the provider of the Wallet may have additional, terms, conditions, and agreements that apply. The Wallet simply provides another way for you to make purchases with the First Century Bank card. Any applicable interest, fees and charges that apply to your First Century Bank card will also apply when you use the Wallet to access your First Century Bank card. First Century Bank does not charge you any additional fees for adding your First Century Bank card to the Wallet or using your First Century Bank card in the Wallet. The Wallet provider and other third parties such as wireless companies or data service providers may charge you fees.
